- Rates are seasonal and highest from Memorial Day through the fall color; holiday and rodeo weekends may carry a two-night minimum.
- A third guest in the Ponderosa, Warren Peak or Devils Tower rooms is $30 per night with a rollaway, by arrangement.
- We hold your reservation with a card and charge the first night as a deposit; the balance is settled at check-out.
- Cancel at least 7 days ahead for a full refund of the deposit; inside 7 days we’ll refund it if we can rebook the room.
